Dispatch - available dispatch dates for the coming weeks will be shown when you add an item to your basket. If you would like to order further ahead, please contact me.
Delivery - orders are dispatched using next-day delivery (usually Royal Mail Tracked 24, though occasionally Evri may be used), and parcels are carefully packaged for their journey. Most parcels arrive the day after dispatch, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed once they are with the postal service. If you need your bakes for a specific date, you may wish to choose a dispatch date that allows a little extra time for delivery, just in case of postal delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Product information - ingredients, allergen details and storage guidance are listed on every product page to ensure you are fully informed and the bakes can be enjoyed at their best.
Gift messages - if your order is a gift, you have the option to include a personalised gift message. Simply add your message at checkout, and I will include it with the order.
