Some of my most treasured memories are of family meals and special occasions, where homemade cakes were always at the heart of every gathering. From a very young age, my Grandma and Mum stood patiently by my side in the kitchen, teaching me the art of baking. Those precious moments not only nurtured my skills - they shaped my belief that baking is one of the simplest ways to show someone you care.
