Every item on my website is baked to order. This ensures that each product is of the highest quality and flavour. Because I carefully source fresh ingredients and take the time to bake and package each order with the care it deserves, I am unable to offer items for immediate collection or postage. I appreciate your understanding and aim to deliver a beautifully baked product that has been crafted with love and attention to detail.

All of my products are made to order, so please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Minimum notice:
All orders require at least 5 working days’ notice from the date of ordering. When you add an item to your basket, you will be prompted to choose a collection date from a list of available dates over the next few weeks. The collection times are as follows:
Friday evenings: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturday mornings: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Where can I collect my order?
Collections are made in Horsforth (LS18). The full address will be confirmed with you by email upon receipt of your order.What if I would like to order further in advance?
If you would like to place an order further in advance on a date not yet shown at checkout, please contact me before placing your order. -
If you are running late for your collection, please contact me as soon as possible by email with your contact telephone number or send me a text message.
I will do my best to accomodate you, but please note that collection availability times are limited, so it is important to contact me early if you are unable to make it within the scheduled window.

Generally parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. However, Evri may be used on occasions where necessary.
Delivery - Orders are always dispatched on time, and parcels are carefully packaged for their journey. Once they are with the postal or courier service, delivery times and handling are unfortunately out of my control.
Gift messages - If your order is a gift, you have the option to include a personalised gift message. Simply add your message at checkout, and I will include it with the order.

The postage and packaging fee includes next day postage, plus the cost of all the packaging that is necessary to ensure your order arrives as safely as possible.

As my cakes and bakes are made to order, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of products.
Please note:
Once an order has been placed, refunds may not be possible as ingredients are typically purchased and preparations begin immediately to fulfill your order.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If the ingredients for your order have not been purchased yet, I may be able to make adjustments or offer a refund.
If you experience any issues with your order, please let me know immediately so that I can address the matter to the best of my ability.

I have a limited number of tried and tested gluten-free bakes. However, please note that all products are baked in a kitchen where gluten, eggs, dairy, soya and other allergens are stored and handled, so it is not possible to guarantee allergen free products.
