  • Caster sugar, Milk chocolate (milk, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), emulsifiers (E442, E476), flavourings), Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), Butter (milk), Eggs, Soft brown sugar (cane sugar, cane molasses), Golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup), Cocoa (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: E501i, acid: citric acid), Vanilla extract (water, ethanol, cane sugar, vanilla bean extract), Baking powder (raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), rice flour).

  • A few tips to help you enjoy your brownie at its best:

    • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place

    • For the best flavour and texture, enjoy at room temperature. Refrigeration is not necessary unless your home is particularly warm

    • Best enjoyed within 4 days

    • If you need to cut the brownie to fit your container, chilling it briefly in the refrigerator first will make slicing much easier

    • Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the texture
