Store in an airtight tin or container in a cool, dry place - this will keep the cookies soft and chewy
For that fresh-from-the-oven taste, warm your cookie in the microwave for a few seconds before enjoying
Best eaten within 2-3 days for optimal freshness and texture
Freezing is not advised, as it may affect the soft, chewy texture
Cookie dough:
Store in the refrigerator, in the tub with the lid tighly closed
Take it out of the refrigerator around 30 minutes to one hour before consuming to allow it to come to room temperature
If the cookie dough starts to become a bit dry, add a little splash of milk and mix well until all the milk has been absorbed
