  • Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), Butter (milk), Apples, Milk, Caster sugar, Soft brown sugar (cane sugar, cane molasses), Icing sugar (cane sugar (97%), maize starch), Eggs, Ground cinnamon, Baking powder (raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), rice flour), Granulated sugar, Vanilla extract (water, ethanol, cane sugar, vanilla bean extract).

  • A few tips to help you enjoy your cake at its best:

    • Store in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out

    • Keep in a cool, dry place (below 21°C). Refrigeration is not required unless your home is particularly warm

    • Best enjoyed within 3 days for optimal flavour and texture

    • If you prefer, you can refrigerate for an extra day or two, but allow the cake to come to room temperature before serving for the best flavour and texture

    • Freezing is not recommended, as the texture may be affected
