My classic chocolate brownie forms the base of this dessert, topped with a light and creamy Baileys and white chocolate cheesecake and finished with a sprinkling of grated chocolate - a perfect pairing of textures and flavours.

This cheesecake comes uncut, so you can slice it however you choose - big slices, small slices… it’s entirely up to you.

    • Please consume within 2-3 days of collection

    • For the best flavour and texture, take the cheesecake out of the refrigerator around 30 minutes before serving to allow it to come to room temperature

    • Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the texture
