A few tips to help you enjoy your cake at its best:
Transfer it into an airtight container
This cake can be stored in a cool room (below 21°C) for 1-2 days away from direct heat and sunlight
If you need to store it for longer, or if your do not have a cool room, place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator
Please consume within 3-4 days of collection
If the cake has been in the refrigerator, for the best flavour and texture, take it out one to two hours before serving to allow it to come to room temperature
Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the texture of the frosting
