  • A few tips to help you enjoy your cake at its best:

    • Transfer it into an airtight container

    • This cake can be stored in a cool room (below 21°C) for 1-2 days away from direct heat and sunlight

    • If you need to store it for longer, or if your do not have a cool room, place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator

    • Please consume within 3-4 days of collection

    • If the cake has been in the refrigerator, for best flavour and texture take it out one to two hours before serving to allow it to come to room temperature

    • Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the texture of the frosting
