• Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep the frosting fresh

• For the best flavour and texture, take the cookie sandwiches out of the refrigerator around 30 minutes to one hour before serving to allow them to come to room temperature

• Best enjoyed within 2-3 days

• Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the texture of the cookies and the frosting
