  • Butter (milk), Dried dates (dates, rice flour), Wheat flour, (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monocalcium phosphate), Caster sugar, Eggs, Salted caramel spread (sweetened condensed milk (whole milk, sugar), glucose syrup, sugar, water, sea salt, gelling agent: fruit pectins, acidity regulator: sodium citrates), Granulated sugar, Water, Orange zest, Bicarbonate of soda (raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate)), Ground ginger.

  • A few tips to help you enjoy your cake at its best:

    • Transfer it into an airtight container

    • This cake can be stored in a cool room (below 21°C) for 1-2 days away from direct heat and sunlight

    • If you need to store it for longer, or if your do not have a cool room, place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator

    • Please consume within 3-4 days of collection

    • If the cake has been in the refrigerator, for the best flavour and texture, take it out one to two hours before serving to allow it to come to room temperature

    • Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the texture of the frosting
