These golden, fudgy blondies have a soft, chewy centre and are full of flavour. The vanilla base is enhanced by browned butter, which adds a gentle toasted, toffee-like note and deepens the overall taste. With the addition of creamy white chocolate chips and fudge pieces, each bite offers a lovely mix of textures.

The blondie comes uncut, so you can slice it however you choose - big pieces, small pieces… it’s entirely up to you.
