White chocolate & raspberry blondie

Soft, golden blondies with a lovely fruity twist. Made with browned butter for a rich, caramel-like flavour, they are baked until perfectly fudgy in the middle with a little crispiness at the edges. Creamy white chocolate chips combine beautifully with tangy pieces of freeze-dried raspberries, bringing little pops of sweetness and colour to every bite.

The blondie comes uncut, so you can slice it however you choose - big pieces, small pieces… it’s entirely up to you.

  • Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), Soft brown sugar (cane sugar, cane molasses), Butter (milk), White chocolate chips (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Caster sugar, Eggs, Freeze-dried raspberries, Vanilla extract (water, ethanol, cane sugar, vanilla bean extract), Lemon juice, Sea salt (anti-caking agent: sodium ferrocyanide), Baking powder (raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), rice flour).

  • A few tips to help you enjoy your blondie at its best:

    • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place

    • For the best flavour and texture, enjoy at room temperature. Refrigeration is not necessary unless your home is particularly warm

    • Best enjoyed within 4 days

    • If you need to cut the blondie to fit your container, chilling it briefly in the refrigerator first will make slicing much easier

    • Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the texture
